Booking Confirmation and Retainer:
Upon booking your wedding, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% will be divided into instalments.

Cancellation:
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, any monies paid are non-refundable. However, your collection fee will be converted into a credit that remains available for your use at any time in the future.

Postponement:
Should you need to reschedule your wedding, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to our availability. If the new date is available, the retainer will be transferred to the new date.

Your wedding coverage may be extended upon mutual agreement. The hourly package rate will be applied for any additional time beyond the originally agreed-upon duration.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our regular service area. The specific details and costs can be discussed during the booking process. Rest assured, we always strive to keep travel fees as reasonable as possible.

For weddings, we require a 50% retainer to be paid upfront upon booking, and the remaining balance can be divided into 3 or 4 payments on a customized payment plan. The final payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. We understand that weddings involve multiple expenses, so we are happy to work with you to create a payment plan that suits your budget. For portrait sessions, the entire fee is due upon booking.

We appreciate your interest in our services, and while we understand the desire for discounts, we do not offer discounts on wedding collections. We believe in providing consistent value and quality to all our clients, and offering discounts would not align with our commitment to fairness and maintaining the demand for our services.

However, we do offer quarterly mini sessions at a reduced rate, which are a great opportunity to capture beautiful portraits at a more affordable price. These mini sessions are typically announced once per season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated on our latest announcements and promotions, including information about upcoming mini sessions.

For our Portraits and Engagements sessions, you can expect to receive a collection of 70-150+ beautifully edited images depending on the length of coverage you choose. We curate the best shots that capture the essence of the session and showcase your unique personalities.

When it comes to weddings, we offer three distinct collections. In our Silver Collection, you can anticipate receiving 600+ images. The Champagne Collection includes 800+ images, and our Gold Collection offers an extensive collection of 1000+ images.

Please note that the final number of images may vary depending on the specific details and duration of your session or wedding. Rest assured, our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive and memorable collection of photographs that exceed your expectations.

For Engagements + Portraits:

We understand that anticipation is high when it comes to seeing your engagement and portrait photos. That's why we strive to deliver your fully edited images within 2 weeks or even less. We want you to be able to relive those special moments and share them with your loved ones as soon as possible.

For Weddings:

Your wedding day is filled with countless precious moments that deserve to be beautifully captured and preserved. We put immense care and attention into editing your wedding photos to ensure they reflect the love and joy of your special day. You can expect to receive your fully edited wedding images within 4-6 weeks. We want the wait to be worth it, as you'll be able to cherish and share these timeless memories for a lifetime.

We understand the urgency of securing your preferred wedding vendors, and we encourage you to book as soon as possible to secure your spot. The demand for wedding services has been high, especially with the added backlog caused by the pandemic. By booking early, you can ensure that you have your first choice of vendors, including us.
